Meal plan Monday

I know I've been neglecting my blog. Hopefully it will get better soon. We've just been so busy with school and activities and travelling that I haven't had a moment to breathe. Now that soccer is over hopefully life will calm down some.

Here is the meal plan for the week. I am trying some new recipes so no recipes yet.

Breakfast will be a mixture of cereal, muffins, pancakes, and eggs.

Lunch with be salad most days and leftovers.

Monday: stuffed pork chops, hot crash potatoes, and peas

Tuesday: sloppy joes and salad

Wednesday: couscous and Italian dressing marinated chicken, some sort of veggie

Thursday: pasta bake from Cook yourself thin

Friday: BBQ chicken salad

Saturday: chili and cornbread

Sunday: chicken wraps
